His unit calls him "Baci", hence the title. Josh continues to amaze me with his strength and courage and the sacrifice he is making for all of us. I hope to share as much of Josh's journey through this blog. Unfortunately, Josh may not be able to access this once he is in Afghanistan, so the updates most likely will come from me, as told or written by Josh.

As of Saturday, December 27 at 5:25 or so--- JOSH IS HOME!!
As of Tuesday, December 23 at 10:10 a.m., they were in Ft. Bragg!!!
As of Tuesday, December 23 at 6:05 a.m., he was on US SOIL!!!!!!
As of Monday, December 22 at 9:00 p.m., they were in Ireland.
As of Friday, December 19 at 8:30 am ET, he was in Kyrgyzstan.

Besides the big daddy air conditioners, the tents look surprisingly like the one's on MASH.
Ugh, tent city - and it looks just like it does at the airport in Baghdad. Kudos to the Army for creating a "suck factor" back home in order to prepare Soldiers for deployment
